They did great with my piercing, but some information they gave me didn't align with what other piercers have told me. The front desk staff is rude in person and over the phone. They have been incredibly sassy and inconsiderate. They hate answering questions. The mismatch information came from the front desk. My piercer was wonderful. He made sure I was comfy and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, they will not switch out your jewelry for you, this is part of the rating because it's ridiculous that they won't provide that service when they said they could at the time of getting pierced.

They take walk in, the lobby is spacious and clean. They have display cases for their jewelry. Was a walk-in for nose piercings, Martina greeted us, and she was friendly and easy to talk to. She was attentive to what we wanted and suggested great pieces for my daughter and I. Blake was our piercer, and he was wonderful! My daughter was very nervous about getting pierced even though she was afraid of needles. Blake explained the process with her (to us). He was patient, knowledgeable, and quick with the process that my daughter did great. My daughter and I had a great experience.

Review 666 lol! Got my septum done by Bobby and he was great! Looks excellent and was quick and minimally painful. Bit pricey but worth it for quality and professionalism!! Will go here again for any future piercings :)

We brought our daughter in for a navel piercing tonight and Josh was amazing. We’ve brought her in before for her nostril piercing as well and had a good experience (enough to come back :) ) but this time we got Josh and we will definitely be sure to come to him for all our piercing needs. Thank you Josh for making it a fun and great experience. The front desk girl was also very sweet. Thank you!

Piercings are fine but they're overpriced. Bad aftercare service. They say "if you have any problems with the piercing come back" but if you lose the jewelry (after a year! stuff happens!) they won't reopen the piercing without asking you to buy new jewelry. They "can't use" jewelry that's not theirs. For $60 - $80 MINIMUM? No thanks. The first time, I understood that price to be because you're paying for the service of the piercing. For a follow-up, forget about it. I can't believe the don't have an option like a very basic stud they can offer for free as a replacement. I brought plenty of studs with me and if they can't help me with a replacement then they don't deserve my business. Stuff happens. Accidents happen. Of course I didn't have the same stud a year later.

I unexpectedly had to take out my nose ring for a major surgery, and afterwards I couldn’t put it back in. I scheduled an appointment at HTC to be assisted with putting the ring back in and they were so awesome. Josh was the piercer that helped me. Him and the whole team working this Sunday were very gentle and kind (I just had surgery Friday, I could barely walk). Josh made me laugh, smile, and was so nice. I felt very comfortable, and it was the best experience I’ve had with a piercing studio, and I’ll definitely be back to buy a new nose ring and get my current one replaced once I’m more healed up. Thank you so much for today Josh!

HTC is my go to piercing studio for new piercings & jewelry. They have the best selection of pieces to choose from and everyone is super friendly & helpful. Special shout out to Aubrilynn & Mel for their awesomeness. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

Decent service, but extremely overpriced and a surprisingly lacking jewelry variety. It ended up costing me $47 to change one 14g curved barbell. The last shop I went to charged $22 for an Anatometal 14g curved barbell of a similar length.
